Delivery Policy

How pickup, sorting, dispatch, tracking, customer delivery, proof of delivery, and failed delivery attempts are handled.

This policy is provided as standard website copy for courier operations. Client-specific legal, tax, payment, claim, insurance, and regulatory requirements should be reviewed before publication.

Pickup and Booking

Parcels must be booked with complete pickup, receiver, delivery, COD, and product information before pickup. Pickup availability may vary by area, schedule, and operational capacity.

Our pickup team may refuse parcels that are unsafe, poorly packed, restricted, misdeclared, overweight, oversized, or missing required information.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates based on destination, service type, parcel volume, weather, traffic, public holidays, customer availability, and hub operations.

  • Inside Dhaka deliveries may be completed faster depending on booking time and route capacity.
  • Major city and district deliveries usually depend on line-haul dispatch, sorting schedules, and last-mile availability.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time.

Tracking and Updates

Tracking updates may be provided through the website, merchant dashboard, SMS, phone, email, or support channel. Tracking status depends on scan events, hub processing, delivery attempts, and return processing.

A short delay between a physical parcel event and online tracking update may occur during high-volume periods.

Delivery Attempts

Delivery agents may contact the receiver before or during delivery. Failed delivery may occur if the receiver is unreachable, unavailable, refuses the parcel, provides an incorrect address, cannot pay COD, or requests rescheduling outside available routes.

  • A parcel may be attempted more than once depending on service type and operational policy.
  • Merchants may be contacted for updated receiver information.
  • Unsuccessful parcels may be returned according to the return policy.

Proof of Delivery

Delivery confirmation may include delivery status, timestamp, receiver confirmation, agent update, OTP, signature, photo, or other proof depending on the service workflow available for that shipment.
