Important details about our pricing structure.
Base Weight
Inside Dhaka and Dhaka Suburban parcels include up to 0.5 kg. Outside Dhaka parcels include up to 1 kg. Additional weight is charged per extra kilogram.
COD Charge
1% of the collected COD amount is charged as the COD handling fee. Minimum COD charge is ৳10 per transaction.
Return Charge
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to the merchant, the return delivery charge applies at the same rate as the original delivery zone.
Weight Limit
Maximum weight per parcel is 25 kg. For heavier shipments, please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Volumetric Weight
If the volumetric weight (L×W×H / 5000 in cm) exceeds the actual weight, the higher value applies for charge calculation.
